To access the app and website, you'll need to create a Securus Online account. Once set up, you can easily change your password and PIN, as well as set up security questions for easy password reset.

Useful Functions of Securus Mobile

One of the standout features of the Securus Mobile app is Video Connect®. You can enroll in Video Connect and schedule video sessions with incarcerated individuals remotely from anywhere in the world with Wi-Fi or cellular data service. Additionally, you can enroll in Video Connect subscriptions, access and view your upcoming scheduled video sessions, sync session details with your calendar, and receive notifications. You can also test your Wi-Fi/cellular connection for optimal video quality.

Prepaid Calling Account Management is another crucial function of the app. With AdvanceConnect, you can fund this account to receive calls from specific phone numbers and manage your call subscription package. You can view available funds, add or change phone numbers to receive calls, view call details and transaction summary, block or unblock calls, enroll in AutoPay or TextPay, and update your credit/debit card information. The Securus Debit feature allows you to deposit funds for your contact to use for various purposes, such as calling any number, purchasing music, games, and movies for their tablet, scheduling and paying for Video Connect sessions, and purchasing stamps for eMessages and eCards.

Messaging services are also a key part of the app. With eMessaging™, you can send and receive messages, attach photos, send eCards, and even send a 30-second VideoGram. The Snap n' Send™ feature lets you easily send a selfie or choose a photo from your gallery to connect with your contact. Text Connect allows you to send and receive short text messages, although availability may be limited.
